heavy smoker (30 per day)
Un-controlable coughing fits with or without oral cavity and nasal cavity bleeding
Shortness of breath
Does not participate in regular exercise
This condition is of a chronic nature.
The essay - case study must address the topic areas below and reflect your understanding of the related theory.
Theory, terms and concepts encountered throughout your study should be used to explain and analyse the behaviour, thoughts and perceptions of your client.
Please note that this is an essay - case study of an individual person. It is essential to remember the focus of the assessment item is on the behaviour, thoughts and perceptions of the client not the health condition.
