Topic: Wk 5 Discussion Questions

Purpose
To assess your ability to prepare for the class discussion on the concepts in this week's readings.

Action Items
1. BEFORE you come to class,
1. Read Chapters 14 and 15 in Business Essentials.
2. Complete the assignment WK 5 MyBizLab Exercises. Have a copy of your completed assignment available during the class session.
2. DURING the class session, you will be discussing the following discussion questions in Chapters 14 and 15 of your textbook:

1. Review 14-2
How can electronic conferencing increase a company’s productivity and efficiency?

2. Analysis 15-6
If you were planning to invest in a company, which of three types of financial statements would you most want to see? Why?
3. Write a 1-2 page summary of the discussion questions within 48 hours of the scheduled class session.

Submission Instructions
• Come to your scheduled session ready to actively participate in the discussion.
• Click the Submit button to upload your summary of the discussion questions to the Drop Box within two (2) days (48 hours) of the scheduled class session.
