Designing a Security Awareness Program

design a SAP for a fictional organization that will use the Fully Decentralized Program Management model as a approach for running for the organization. think about the relevant training and awareness materials needed for your program. The training and awareness materials can include presentations, conferences, seminars, courses, and e-mail advisories.

Submit a 4- to 6-page design, in APA format, for your security awareness program. include abstract and an introduction.

The different paragraphs are broken down:

-NIST Security Awareness Model:
The submission includes a detailed description of a Fully Decentralized Program Management model that will be used and an explanation of why it is the best fit for an organization.

-Needs Assessment:
The submission includes a needs assessment that includes suggestions of special training needs for all personnel at the fictional organization. Be sure to present the training needs list by priority.

-Assumptions:
The submission includes any assumptions concerning training that is already in place or assumptions concerning funding needs for the SAP.

-Prioritized list of Training Materials:
The submission includes a detailed description of training materials you will need to include in the SAP. The training and awareness materials should at at least include a presentation, a poster, and an e-mail advisory.

-Roles and Responsibilities:
The submission includes the roles and responsibilities of all personnel, including who should design, develop, implement, and maintain the training materials.

-Target Audience:
The submission specifies the target audience for each of the three highest priority training materials.
