A brief description of my study;
This study aims to investigate a possible link of sleep problems and well-being of students enrolled in Psychology and Psychology & Counselling at University. Participants will be asked to read and sign electronically a consent form at the start of the research and will be debriefed at the end. Online questionnaires will be used for this study and results stored on a password protected computer. All questionnaires are self-reported and non-intruding; results are only to be used for the purpose this study. The first questionnaire will ask questions to determine demography such as age, gender, and ethnic background. The second questionnaire will be about optimism, then a questionnaire on happiness followed by the life satisfaction scale and lastly the Jenkins sleep problem scale. This study should take no longer than 45 minutes.
