Here is the question: Do you want a bench trial or not? Why? What is a bench trial, how does it differ from the alternative, and why would you argue for or against having it in your case?
There is no right or wrong answer–some may prefer a bench trial, some not. The question is whether you can reflect on some of the dilemmas of having one or not; some of the advantages, some of the possible consequences.
